Hi, I'm Jessica.

My name is Jessica, I am a generally registered psychologist who provides individual therapy and psychological assessments.

I use a variety of approaches including Schema therapy, ACT, Solution-Focused therapy, CBT, EMDR, and DBT. If these terms are new to you then please don’t stress, we discuss this as we go! I value being able to have a laugh and be authentic in session and I encourage my clients to do the same. My particular brand of humour is an intriguing (read: terrible) mix of sarcasm, memes, and puns.

I understand that it takes time to develop trust, so I want to explore things at your pace and ensure you are feeling supported. I tend to be flexible within our sessions and will provide you with plenty of space to work on what is most important in that moment.
