Anxiety is the pervasive fear that something is not safe. Sometimes it's not even clear what we are anxious about, we just know that something doesn't feel right.
Anxiety is naturally difficult to ignore, and so can impact all aspects of your life. It's our brain's way of letting us know that it's concerned for our safety, and in cases of actual danger it wouldn't be in our best interest to ignore it's warnings. Typically people seek help for anxiety when it's popping up in places where there isn't any perceivable danger, i.e. the warning signal is a false alarm. Together we will work together to figure out what is setting off those warning signals, and help reduce your anxiety response.

Book An Appointment
To book an appointment you can submit a new client enquiry form or use the client portal to book online.
If you book online you will still need to complete the new client form. This is to make sure I'm likely to be suitable for your needs before we meet, and helps reduce the risk of having a first session (and you paying the fee) only to find out I'm not able to help.
In the event that I'm not the most suitable clinician for you I will do my best to provide you with alternative options.
